Tewksbury C.A.R.E.S. is committed to increasing awareness, promoting education and providing resources to the Tewksbury community in an attempt to lessen the adverse effects of substance abuse.  Tewksbury C.A.R.E.S. is a broad-base coalition that includes parents, school personnel, police, public health, families in recovery, and treatment providers.
