resource library lending policy

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Borrower's Accounts

All Resource Library borrowers are required to have a current, signed, up-to-date loan agreement and a photocopy of a picture ID on file to borrow materials.

Loan Procedures and Limits

All materials are loaned free of charge with the following limitations:

  • Books: Maximum of 3 books for a 2-week lending period.

  • Curriculum: Maximum of 3 curriculums for a 2-week lending period.

  • Videotapes: Maximum of 3 videotapes for a 2-week lending period.

  • Kits, models, posters, other visual aids: Maximum of 2 kits for a 1-week lending period.

Damaged or Lost Materials

Borrowers are fully responsible for the replacement or repair cost for lost or damaged materials.
