The Drug Free Communities Initiative of Lawrence consists of community and professional stakeholders across the city.  The DFCIL has met several times over the past year and has developed tentative goals and objectives to work on over the next several  years.

The coalition seeks greater involvement from parents, parent groups, faith-based organizations and the business community; the DFCIL will soon conduct outreach to members of these sectors.
