The Northeast Center for Healthy Communities (NCHC) is a program of the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center and is funded through the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Abuse Services. We are 1 of 6 Regional Centers for Healthy Communities in Massachusetts. Regional Center staff educate and assist communities with a variety of services that help them learn, develop, plan, implement and evaluate prevention and healthy communities initiatives.
